Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Woddle Cards (the "app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions (Woddle Pro)

• Woddle Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Pricing is shown in the app at the point of purchase in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store account settings at any time.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Woddle Cards provides fitness and workout content for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use the workouts and any movement suggestions at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for exercising safely and within your ability.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to disrupt the service, access it in unauthorized ways, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate the law or others' rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The app and its content, features, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content except as needed to use the app as intended.

7. Termination & Account Deletion

You may stop using the app at any time and may delete your account from within the app (Profile → Delete Account) or from our public account & data deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. To the extent the app is provided through Apple's App Store, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA) also applies, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
